Please join us Saturday, May 10, for the opening concert of Echo Chamber Orchestra's 10th Anniversary Season! The program will feature Felix Mendelssohn's mysterious "Fingal's Cave" or Hebrides Overture, which Echo performed on its debut concert in 2015. The virtuosic "Tzigane" for woodwind quintet is a nod to Maurice Ravel by contemporary composer Valerie Coleman. The French influence continues with Charles Gounod's adorable "Petite Symphonie" for wind instruments, and Georges Bizet's effervescent Symphony in C will bring the evening to a close.
