Soweto Gospel Choir return to Weill Hall to perform a joyful program of South African freedom songs, traditional spirituals, and popular songs by Aretha Franklin, Harry Belafonte, Peter Gabriel, and more! The Choir was created to celebrate the unique power of African gospel music and has gone on to excite audiences worldwide, uplifting the soul and spreading joy through earthy rhythms, rich harmonies, brilliant costumes, and infectious spirit.
