The Twelfth Season of the Second Sunday Basilica Recital Series continues April 13th, with organist, MATTHIEU BAZILE
Matthieu Basile, 18, is a senior at Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory High School in San Francisco, and serves as organist of St. Emydius Church. He is a student of Jerome Lenk, and is preparing to enter college in the Fall, having already been accepted into several prestigious programs.
He has been a soloist in the Bay Area Junior Bach Festival for the past three years..
The program will feature music of Bach, Clerambault, Messiaen,
Widor and others.
The program will also be livestreamed on the Mission Dolores Basilica Facebook page.
The program is free and donations are accepted in support of the Basilica Music Ministries
