Symphony San Jose presents SYMPHONIC SPOOKTACULAR “Bewitching Broadway”

Conductor, "Spooky" Peter Jaffe leads Symphony San Jose in Symphonic Spooktacular for Halloween.

Just in time for Halloween, Symphony San Jose conjures up some of Broadway’s scariest musical hits. Join everyone’s “Spookiest” conductor, Peter Jaffe, for a musical journey into the darker side of the Great White Way.

Symphonic Spooktacular features Bewitching Broadwaywith a lineup of Broadway’s most mysterious and macabre melodies. Featured are ghostly harmonies and spine-tingling masterpieces from the stage, including Stephen Schwartz’s Wicked, Frank Wildhorn’s Jekyll & Hyde, Kurt Weill’s The Threepenny Opera, Alan Menken’s Little Shop of Horrors, Stephen Sondheim’s Into the Woods and more.

It’s the perfect Halloween concert for the entire family. An on-stage Costume Contest with Spooktacular prizes will be held for those who feel like dressing up. Don’t feel like dressing up? Come as you are and enjoy the costume parade.
