Vallejo Choral Society presents season finale concerts
IN THE SUN THAT IS YOUNG ONCE ONLY
An unforgettable evening of powerful choral music and reflection
The program features John Corigliano’s Fern Hill, a luminous and deeply moving choral setting of Dylan Thomas’s beloved poem exploring childhood wonder, innocence, and the passage of time.
The concert also marks the world premiere of Aux Arbres, a new work by composer Christopher Martin, commissioned by the Vallejo Choral Society.
Artistic Director Julia Morris conducts the VCS Symphonic and Chamber Choirs, joined by renowned pianist Paul Caccamo and mezzo-soprano Shauna Fallihee.
Audiences will experience an evening of beauty, memory, and musical storytelling as we close our season in song.
