Paul Green School of Rock Bootcamp

We are proud to offer the Bay Areas most fun, hands on, Rock and Roll Summer Camps. We specialize in helping musicians ages 8-18 realize their full potential in music and in life. Our week long Rock and Roll Boot-Camps are a glimpse in to what we do at the School of Rock year round. Of course, as with everything we do here, our camps culminate with a real Rock and Roll show put on by our Boot-Campers.

Paul Green School of Rock Lessons & Band rehearsals

From the moment a student joins one of our schools they are playing music; loud, on professional equipment with other musicians. Before long, our students are playing live rock concerts. These are not your old fashioned wait -through-fifty-other-students mangling-their-songs- until-your-child’s- turn-arrives recitals, but real rock concerts at real rock venues in front of real rock audiences.

Pacific Boychoir Academy Changed voices & Continuum

Continuum, a challenging, fast-paced performance choir, is comprised of young men ages 13 to 18 in high school with changed voices. This group is by audition and is limited to 16 voices. Continuum members read music well and often sing in four to eight parts. Many of these young men have been singing with the Pacific Boychoir Academy for five to 10 years, though some come from other choir backgrounds as well. Members of the Changed Voices choir are former Troubador or Trouvere members whose voices have changed. They typically are between the ages of 13 and 18.

Northern California School of Choir

The Preparatory Choir is for anyone, regardless of ability. It is designed to provide basic choral training and performance opportunities to beginning level students and with the additional goal of increasing students talents through training and performance. Section I: ages 5-12; Section II: Ages 13 & up. The Youth Performance Choir is more advanced and by audition only. Student will learn more difficult music, will do some a capella singing, more complex music, some jazz singing, close harmony work.

Northern California School of Music Ensembles

Unlike pianists who can be self-reliant, most of the time instrumentalists, such as violinists or cellists, need to perform with accompaniment that makes ensemble experiences a mandatory part of their musical learning process. This Orchestral Ensemble gives the students the exposure to work in a large group setting and will help expand their teamwork and acute listening skills very early on. The guitar ensemble gives students an opportunity to benefit from the experience of playing with a group to build better listening skills, and the ability to work with others.
