MacArthur Fellow, author, and noted musical commentator and Pianist Jeremy Denk returns to Cal Performances with Bach’s six keyboard partitas. With a wide-ranging repertoire, Denk is especially renowned for his performances of J.S. Bach; his recording of the Goldberg Variations reached No. 1 on the Billboard Classical Charts, while his performance of the Well-Tempered Klavier, Book I was featured in the Cal Performances at Home 2020–21 digital season.
