Wind Sinfonia is the sister ensemble to Sinfonia and is designed to give entry-level wind and brass students experience in an ensemble setting while developing technical and performance skills. Led by Robin May and Debbie Walden, Wind Sinfonia and Sinfonia perform together three concerts a season and additional special events.
Sinfonia, led by Yasushi Ogura, is a string orchestra designed to give entry-level students experience in an ensemble setting while developing technical and performance skills. It serves as a foundation for musical growth in the orchestral tradition. Sinfonia is appropriate for students who are comfortable playing in first position and are performing in Suzuki Book 2-5, or the equivalent.
Representing over 27 schools from within and beyond the Napa Valley, the Napa Valley Youth Symphony is a full symphonic orchestra led by Ming Luke which provides professional musical training for the 50+ students involved in the program. Dedicated to performing the great masterworks of classical composers of the present and past centuries, the Youth Symphony performs three major concerts each year. An integral part of any young musician's training, the chamber music program will be available to any student in the Youth Symphony.
This is our interactive class for musicians ages 11 & up with at least 2 years of private lesson experience. Rock Band rehearsals, Songwriting 101 & Recording Workshop...You'll get it all! Our coaches play in bands themselves and have a lot of gigging experience. They will help their young future rock stars choose tunes, & work on all the elements that develop a great sound. Guitarists will explore lead guitar, rhythm guitar and bass guitar roles, and pianists will learn the keyboard parts.
Our young singers are excited about singing and love rehearsals. They develop stage presence, learn to use their voices in a healthful and natural way, sing a variety of styles, develop musicianship skills and learn how to create music as part of a team. Two levels are offered: Children's Choir (ages 5-7) and Chamber Singers (ages 8-10).

Our early childhood lessons serve students from 16 months to 5 years of age with our classes: Music for the Young Child, Toddler Music and Preschool Music. All develop your child's musicality in a cooperative setting.
Classes in acting, singing and dancing are age appropriate, from Kindergarten through High School.
