Sing in SF Playhouse's production of "The Christians"

Be a part-time volunteer singer with the First Unitarian Universalist Church choir in the play "The Christians" at the San Francisco Playhouse. Performances begin 1/20/17 and run thru 3/11/17. There are 7 performances a week for an eight week period. Perform 1-3 times a week in groups of 12-16.

Lacuna Arts Chorale (SF) is a 24–32 voice choral group specializing in unaccompanied works from all time periods from renaissance to modern. We have completed our first round of individual auditions but will still be accepting new members on a space-available basis during our "community-style" auditions Monday, September 12 from 6:30–9:30 pm at 2325 Union Street, SF (enter Steiner Street "Pixley House"). We currently have an opening for one tenor and one baritone/bass, and may have openings in other voice parts later in the season as well.

Talented volunteer singers needed for quality Sacred Music Catholic Choir

Join the St Monica Church Choir to help bring the best in sacred music to the Catholic liturgy. Music Director Matthew Walsh leads the St Monica Choir is repertoire ranging from chant to polyphony to the best in contemporary sacred music. This is a supportive parish which worships in a building whose generous acoustic makes singing a pleasure. Be a part of something beautiful!

SF City Chorus Auditions: Aug. 24, 31, Sept. 7

San Francisco City Chorus is holding three auditions for our Fall Season: August 24, August 31, and September 7--come sit in on a rehearsal starting at 7:00 p.m. and audition afterward. Our Fall Concert, on November 5, will include Gabriel Fauré’s Requiem and “Cantique de Jean Racine” and Benjamin Britten’s “Rejoice in the Lamb” and “Festival Te Deum.” The centerpiece of our Spring Concert, March 25, will be the Grand Mass in C minor, by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, performed with the composer’s complete orchestration.
