Position is from September through June, annually
Thursday choir rehearsals from 6:30 to 8:30 pm
Sunday morning rehearsal at 9:00 followed by the 10:00 am Service
Additional services on Christmas Eve & Day, Ash Wednesday, and Holy Week
Pay is $65 per call – W9 status
Candidate must have strong sight-reading abilities
Also capable of singing, solo, duet, and quartet music

The San Francisco Lyric Chorus, under the direction of Music Director, Robert Gurney, invites singers to join us for our Fall 2017 trimester!

Lift your spirits singing joyous and beautiful music suitable for the season! We have openings in all parts, especially for Sopranos and Basses. We know Sopranos, Altos, Tenors and Basses will enjoy singing this delightful program.

Join the Symphony San Jose Chorale!

Symphony San Jose Chorale are now auditioning new singers for our 37th season. Auditions are held through the year but for those participating in the Elfman/Burton concert the deadline is Aug. 30.

Peninsula Girls Chorus, which has been providing a comprehensive choral experience for girls on the Peninsula since 1994, has announced its spring auditions. Advance registration is required. No prior experience is required.

Livermore, Calif. – The Valley Concert Chorale, the Tri-Valley’s premier chorus, is now scheduling appointments for auditions for singers who would like to be a part of the Chorale’s 53rd season. Auditions will be held on the following dates:

• Mondays, January 9 and 16

Auditions and rehearsals are held at the First Presbyterian Church of Livermore. The church is located at 2020 Fifth Street.

Marin Baroque Chamber Choir and period instrument Orchestra is an emerging-professional 16-voice choir directed by Daniel Canosa, founded in 2012 and based in San Anselmo, CA. We strive to present engaging and entertaining programs of both unusual and familiar music of the Renaissance, Baroque & Classical periods.

Our season: concerts in November and March, and opera or concert in June.

We are looking for accomplished choral singers to act as alto and bass/baritone section leaders in an accomplish church chamber choir. St. Monica's is the undiscovered gem of the Richmond District. We perform quality music in a good acoustic with a supportive clergy.

There is also the opportunity to audition as the main cantor for St. Monica's.

Be a part-time volunteer singer with the First Unitarian Universalist Church choir in the play "The Christians" at the San Francisco Playhouse. Performances begin 1/20/17 and run thru 3/11/17. There are 7 performances a week for an eight week period. Perform 1-3 times a week in groups of 12-16.
